This is where things get serious! One of my favourite Greek dishes! Traditional grandmammas recipe from Smyrna which of course we messed with a little and turned it into Greek magic! Beef meatballs with warm cumin & cinnamon notes and a lovely, comforting warmth from the gorgeous Greek white wine! Served in zingy tomato sauce with green peppers, onions and garlic. Simply heartwarming!

Ingredients (for allergens please see letters in bold)

beef, tomatoes, onions, olive oil, green peppers, breadcrumbs (gluten), salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, garlic, oregano, vegetable stock, egg, parsley, white wine (sulphites)

Cooking instructions:

Remove lid and place in preheated fan assisted oven at 160℃ for 30 minutes until piping hot all the way through.
