Old favourite! Not the easiest thing to cook but when you get this pasta right its amazing. Small pasta shapes in tomato sauce with a hint of basil, mixed with sweet roasted peppers and sprinkled with parmesan shavings
Ingredients (for allergens please see letters in bold)
orzo pasta (gluten), chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, olive oil, onions, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, fresh basil, parmesan (dairy), peppers
Remove lid, place Kritharaki on an oven tray and place in the middle oven shelf. Cook at 180°C/356°F/Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes.
Arrives chilled. Keep in a fridge below 5°C or freeze. It's at its very best when cooked from fresh. Enjoy within 4-5 days of delivery. If frozen, defrost fully before cooking.
