Chicken Riganto (For 2)
700g - Serves 2 People
Bone in, skin on chicken thighs marinated in extra virgin olive oil, plenty of lemon, oregano and thyme. Sensational dish for the Summer months!
Ingredients (for allergens please see letters in bold)
Skin on, bone in chicken thighs, thyme, rosemary, oregano, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper
Remove lid, place Chicken on an oven tray and place in the middle oven shelf. Cook at 180°C/356°F/Gas Mark 4 for 40 minutes until skin is crispy.
Arrives chilled. Keep in a fridge below 5°C or freeze. It's at its very best when cooked from fresh. Enjoy within 3-4 days of delivery. If frozen, defrost fully before cooking.
