Spicy Chicken Keftedakia (For 2)

Chicken meatballs in spicy tomato sauce. My mum's favourite (and secretly mine too...!) Minced chicken balls, slightly cooked in a rich tomato based sauce with rosemary, plenty of thyme, warm notes of chili and topped with feta and chopped parsley! Beautifully comforting!
Ingredients (for allergens please see letters in bold)
chicken, breadcrumbs (gluten), tomatoes, onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, chilli flakes, rosemary, garlic, oregano, chicken stock (sulphites)
Remove lid and place in preheated fan assisted oven at 160℃ for 30 minutes until piping hot all the way through.
